About Jaxson

Jaxson is a young 1-2 year old pup who appears to be a Corgi/Chi/GSD mix who still has many puppy qualities. He's attached himself to his foster mom pretty quickly. He became a fast best buddy with another young dog in the family, and they are pretty entertaining to watch when they play together, which happens pretty often. He's a little territorial with his food at first but quickly learned there's no need to do that. Jaxson is awesome with kids 5+. He hasn't been tested with cats, but we think he'll do just fine with a dog savvy cat. He's amazing on a leash and likes to greet others. He's the strong and silent type - his foster family still hasn't heard him bark���S He is a champ at using the doggie door and is potty trained. He may need a gentle reminder in his new home with a new environment and routine. Jaxson REQUIRES a fenced in yard and would love a playful canine companion to pal around with. Jaxson is totally comfortable with his crate; in fact, he goes there for the night and doesn't make a sound the whole night. Jaxson is 24#, and he needs to gain a little bit to be of an ideal weight.
