About Ranger

Hi, I'm Ranger. It's taken me a few weeks to get the courage to introduce myself, but now that I've seen what love is I think I'm ready to explore the world. You see, I'm a young man who hasn't had the luck in life a lot of my other dog friends have. Some people dumped me and my friend Hunter at a big scary place called Walmart where we were left to fend for ourselves for quite some time. I'm only about 1 year old and didn't get to experience human love or contact for the first formative year of my life. BUT my new friends, The W-Underdogs, have helped me understand love and now I'd like to find my own person to love. I'm a sweet guy who is still scared, but I don't show that by being mean, I'm just a little shaky. I LOVE other dogs and toys! My dog buddy Hunter kept me company at Walmart; I'd really love to have a dog buddy in my new home -- maybe even my friend Hunter! I think kids could be cool too, I just need older ones who will let me come to them when I'm ready. I'm really hopeful someone will take a chance on me and help me blossom into the companion I so long to be!
