About Ruckus

LOCATION: Faribault, Minnesota DOB: 10/2015 My name is Ruckus, but some people call me Rucky Boy Radio, probably because of my beautiful singing voice. One of my favorite things to do is howl along to anything from TikToks to harmonicas. I'm pretty much the best dog for anyone looking for a on your hip kind of pup. I love to be with his humans pretty much every second of every day, though I've started to learn how to be spend time away from my humans. I adore my foster brother Kuma and we play in the yard together everyday! That being said I can be a little grouchy and possessive of toys and food so if I have any siblings in my new home I would need to be fed separately, including any time with bones or toys. I've made tons of progress in my foster home and now know to sit and wait for his food and to go outside. I've even gotten more patience with cats and am good around older, respectful children. I do need a human who is strong willed and good with training, because I can be a little bullheaded. I know who's boss If boss is present but from time to time I like to test my boundaries. I need structure and repetition because came to my foster with lots of poor manners but I am gotten better with every passing day. This structure has also helped me with my anxiety but occasionally I use puppy anxiety meds to help take the edge off. Calming chews help tremendously. Although I have some issues to work on, I promise to make you smile and laugh. I will greet you at the door with a literal giant smile on my face. When I say I am on your hip I'm serious, I will walk beside you against your hip. I also give kisses randomly on your legs, what I like to call drive by kisses because I do it as I passes you. Although I'm nearly 100lbs, I will try to cuddle anywhere you go, couch, floor, bed, grass. If I am not doing that, you can probably find me sleeping and sucking on my blanky.
