About CHARLIE

Introducing Charlie, the most adorable friendly little Pomeranian mix! Charlie is 9 years old and weighs 13 pounds. He came to us as an owner surrender when his people moved and couldn't take him. Charlie is deaf, but that doesn't stop him from being the SWEETEST boy in the world! He is so affectionate. He wants you to pet him and love him and hold him on your lap. He likes kisses and belly rubs the best! Charlie is housebroken and will bark to go outside and stand in front of the door when he has to potty. He prefers to sleep in a dog bed and sleep all night. He will sleep until you wake him up to take him out! Due to his deafness he either needs to be kept on a leash or have a fenced yard. Charlie is good with other dogs of all sizes and will follow the other dogs around. It would be great if he had another dog in his new family. He likes to snuggle up and nap with another dog. He was in a home with cats in his prior life and we don't think he would have any problem with older kids. Little kids probably won't be a good fit because of his age. Charlie is missing some teeth and his little tongue pokes out to the side, just adding to his cuteness. He has been to the vet for a wellness check, is up to date on shots, neutered, fecal tested and wormed, heartworm negative, has had a 12-month ProHeart heartworm prevention shot, and is microchipped with a lifetime registration.
