About Pepper

Howdy! My name is Pepper and boy am I personality plus. I am a 6 month old Chihuahua/ Dachshund mix. I have a lot of energy and love playing with my foster dog friends. Being a puppy is so much fun because I can make a toy out of just about anything. Lately my foster mom makes balls out of yarn and I chase and unravel them all around the house. I'm learning how to sit and stay. I just figured out how to use the doggie door. And I'm getting better at being house broken. I'm also getting used to new situations because I wasn't very socialized in the home I was in before I came to PACA, which has only been a week. I've come a long way. My foster Mom and I are working on not barking so much when I get excited. I guess that's a Chihuahua thing. I'm also learning that it's okay to be in the crate sometimes. I'm learning that when I wear my collar and harness and have leash on that I get to go for walks or go for car rides. Yay! I would love to be in a home with other dogs but I don't like children much. So I can't be in a home with them. I'm very sweet and I love to snuggle and sleep in a lap. I have a lot of love to give. So please come and meet me soon.
