About Duke

Meet Big Duke! This lovable large very handsome guy's owner is no longer able to care for him at no falut of his own. So he is looking for a place to call home. Duke is a great dog, very easy going for a dog his size. He does not have experience around young children or cats. We are unsure of his breed but he is estimated to be around 5-6 years old. If you are renting or have weight or breed restrictions, he is probably not the dog for you. We want the best home possible for this guy so he doesn't have to lose his person all over again. Duke's only fault is he thinks that the water hose is a big horrible snake that wants to attack so Duke will be your firece protector. Duke is not neutered but will be prior to rehoming/adoption. We will be using the rehoming/adopting fee to go towards his vetting and neuter costs. *Please note, that Rescue Me has limited breeds to select from and Duke has not had a DNA test which is the only way you can 100% know any dog's breed. We do our best to select our best guess. The paperwork that we have lists this pup as a mixed breed.*
