About JESSIE

Jessie is hoping to meet his forever family soon! Jessie is a 1.5 year old male Heeler mix. Update from his foster: Jessie has really come so far since he arrived in Colorado. He is much more confident and is very smart! He hasn't had any accidents in the house and is good about going into and staying in his crate. He's good with small caged mammals and goats and ducks (separated with fencing). He gets along ok with our dog savvy cats--they ignore him and don't run or spit at him. He is getting much better about knowing which are 'approved' toys and which are not although he will still need to be crated when left alone. He LOVES, LOVES. LOVES toys--his favorites are the Kong (especially with treats but also without) and a toy that we call 3 feet of fun. He carefully bunches that toy up in his mouth and carries it proudly all around the house. But what Jessie would really love is his forever home!
