I'm going through a nasty divorce and my husband has left me with $90 thousand in debt that I'm trying to reduce, but I'll probably be paying off until I die. I have a pit that I have been desperately trying to rehome due to no longer being available to afford him and having to move into an apartment out of state. He is five years old and neutered. He doesn't get along with other dogs or cats, but may get along with puppies who haven't reached maturity, and has a high prey drive. It took about a week to get him to stop trying to hump him, but we got a small French bulldog/Boston terrier puppy two years ago and they got a long really well. I successfully rehomed that dog about two weeks ago. He does well on a leash and knows basic commands. He's a big cuddle bug and loves people. As I'm typing this he's curled up in a ball sleeping between my legs under our blankets. He's allergic to dust mites, so he will have to take Apoquel.
