About Coernicus

This handsome gentleman is Copernicus, and he wants to be the center of your universe. Found in Powhatan, Virginia in January of 2021 fending for himself and scavenging for food, Copernicus was taken in by a kind soul is now enjoying life as an indoor only kitty man. He has been neutered and is up to date on his rabies and distemper vaccinations. Copernicus has tested negative for feline leukemia and feline immunodeficiency virus, and he has been treated for fleas. His striking black coat is tinted with browns and red highlights when hit by sunbeams. Age estimated to be between 3 and 4 years old and weighing in at between 12 and 14 pounds. While with his original finder this dear fellow resided with other kitties and doggies. In March of 2021 he was adopted into a home with another kitty, but unfortunately he and that kitty have not made friends and his adopter has requested assistance in finding him a new home. He is an absolute love bug, a snuggle up a puss who would be tickled to be your one and only do that he can perfect being an attention monger.
