Ruby! Ruby is a beautiful, speckled princess looking for a forever home. Ruby's prior owner was homeless and gave her to a friend to watch over her while he traveled to the East Coast in search of work. Unfortunately, he was never to be heard from again, so Ruby was surrendered to a high kill shelter in Texas. Ruby was next up on death row after she had waited over 2 months at the shelter. A local rescue pulled her and then networked her story to us, and we knew we had to help! So, off to CO Miss Ruby came! Since being in foster, we've learned that Ruby is so loving and really enjoys the attention she's missed out for so long. Ruby would do well as the queen of the castle or with a playful, similarly sized male dog in the home. She's a young girl, at only 18 months old, so would love to grow up in her forever home!
