Hi my name is BlackJack. I am a Maine Coon mixed breed with stunning thick, black fur and a huge plume tail that I display proudly. I love to chase kitty springs around, teaser toys and sit on my medium-sized kitty tower to look outside and watch the birds and squirrels move around. I pretend that I can catch them and will crouch down for the attack and paw at the window to get their attention. Then they fly or run away. Mission accomplished. LOL I like to plop down by my caretaker when I am ready for lovey time. It you don't pay attention to me, I will get up and plop down again. Since I weigh around 15# you will definitely know when I am around. Oh, I lay on my side or back so you can give me slow belly rubs too. Oh this a magically time for me, pure heaven. Purr, purr. I enjoy being brushed and don't mind my nails trimmed either. My perfect home would be a quieter home and I would enjoy a buddy kitty but I am ok as an only kitty if I get enough attention and playtime. I enjoy sleeping with my Mom and following her around until the nature show starts outside. Once I'm done with nature time, it lovey or playtime. I am 6 yrs old, still act like kitten at times. I just had a vet check-up. I am happy to say I am very healthy. My vaccinations for distemper and rabies were updated and I was micro-chipped. I am ready for a new home. I do not have any bad habits. My owner had to re-home me because family is coming to live with her and they are allergic to kitties. I am an easy going guy as most Maine Coons are. So give me a try, what do you have to lose?
