Rosco is a rescue. His owner passed away, and the family of the owner did not want him. He was left outside chained during Hurricane Ida until neighbors intervened. He is a great dog. He needs a home with a fenced yard. I have 3 other dogs already. Otherwise, I would keep him. He still has a little puppy in him, but he is mostly calm and just needs/wants love.since he does have puppy, whoever gets him needs to work with him and have patience.
