Lucy life started off rough, in she was rescued by my neighbor when he found her tied to a highway sign. My neighbor was unable to keep her as he has 2 dogs already if his own. We have provided a temporary home for her as all local shelters are full and not accepting animals at this time. From our experience, Lucy loves people. Good with small children. Loves to give kisses. Very playful and would benefit with a home with a yard to run. She is potty trained, and has basic training of sit and stay. She does well with most dogs. However, due to her overly friendly nature and excitement, she will need more training on learning how to respect other dogs space, if they are not wanting to play. This is especially noticed with older dogs. (We are aware, and are continuing to work with her, but her forever home would need to continue to work with her) Due to our increase work schedule and family circumstances we are unable to provide a permanent forever home for her. She is fully vaccinated.
