About Cali

LOCAL RE-HOME ONLY. Sweet Cali. She is very snuggly and loves to sleep. She will sleep as long as you do in the morning. She is just a big baby like most pit bulls and just wants to be with you. We have had her over a year and a half and she never acclimated to my father, and now has a new fear of my husband. It gets to the point she will run into my small kids by accident to try to get away from the men if they come into the room. We have tried everything including expensive training. She is just fearful of men and would be so happy in an all-adult female home. She's great with kids and I can send pictures of her snuggling all over my kids. We adopted her heartworm positive but she has had successful treatment. She is good on a leash but would love to say to hello to all the people and dogs. She is not much of a barker unless she feels threatened. She really is a very good girl and we are sad but feel she'd feel safer with adult female(s). Kids can be boys or girls. :)
