Courtesy Posting: URGENT INTACT MALE SHEP WITH FISTULA NEEDS MEDICAL FOSTER & PLEDGES TO GET WELL! GOOD WITH OTHER DOGS! Falcon San Diego County, So Cal Falcon was rescued from the shelter and was supposed to be already neutered.....but he was not. This pup has a perianal fistula infection which must first be resolved before that can happen. On top of it all, he seems to have a chronic diarrhea, weight loss (but has a good appetite). He has been to see the vet several times, had blood work done, medicated and put on special food which has not helped. His latest visit to the vet was this evening and because of the diarrhea, they could not do an abdominal ultrasound to help understand what is going on with him. He is being referred to an Internal Medicine vet and not sure when that appt is yet. Falcon needs a loving medical foster to make chicken and rice for him and allow him to recover.
