About Eva

Eva is a complete sweetheart, and a total cuddlebug. She is intelligent and mindful of her people. Very treat motivated. Quick to pick up commands. She is very playful and loves fetch, tug, and swimming. She has excellent recall and stays close when going on hikes off-leash. She is kennel trained. Our biggest challenge with her has been leash training. She pulls hard and demonstrates leash aggression/frustration when near other dogs. When off-leash, she does fine with other dogs after a proper introduction. She's generally good around unfamiliar dogs even without a proper introduction, but has shown minor to moderate aggression on occasion. Has lived with other dogs before with no issues, and has spent time living in a home with a cat with no major issues. According to Wisdom Panel, she's 50% German Shepherd and equal parts Boxer, Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, and Rottweiler.
