About Boston

We are rehoming our sweet dog, Boston. She is a a 1.5 year old, 65 lbs, female German Shepherd/Australian Cattledog/Pitt mix. We love her to pieces, but are rehoming her because we live in a busy urban neighborhood (in Oakland), which is stressful for her. We are hoping to find her a home with plenty of private outdoor space and hopefully another dog to play with. Boston would do best in a home with no kids or cats. Boston's favorite activities include fetch, tug, sniff walks and snuggling with her humans. Boston loves playing with other dogs and has excellent dog social skills. She goes to off-leash dog parks every day and has a wonderful time! She has a high working drive and loves to learn new tricks and play games that use her brain. We have been working with a trainer on Boston's fear of strangers, and have made a ton of progress in training. We know she would thrive in a quieter environment, and have realized that there is someone else out there that has the space to give Boston her best life! Boston is fully vaccinated, crate trained, and has her obedience commands down! If you think you might be a good fit for Boston, please reach out!
