Courtesy Post: Densmore Abandoned Dumped In East Valley Shelter Tied To A Tree 9-28 Available For Adoption 10-2 On Tuesday afternoon 9-28-2021 visitors of the East Valley Animal Shelter witnessed an individual tie this approximately 10 month old dog to a tree in the parking lot and abruptly leave. The shelter has called him Densmore, he was not chipped and although was a bit shy is an overall friendly guy. He will be available for adoption on Saturday 10-2-2021. Given how this dogs situation unfolded through the eyes of shelter staff and volunteers, we feel it is our obligation to make sure he does not spend any more time at the shelter than he needs to. Seeing him live and enter a loving home on the morning of his available adoption date would be the best thing we could imagine to redeem his current plight.
