About Carly

Carly is a 2 year old Border Collie / cattle dog mix and was rescued from a shelter in January after being a stray. Her perfect day would be to throw the ball at the dog park and then get tons of pets. She has a high energy and would love a big backyard or land to run around on! She is also very calm and mellow within the home, and takes her fair share of daily naps. Carly is protective of her home and her people. She has had two minor nipping instances in the home, but does great with humans outside of the home. She loves doggie day care with other dogs in a pack setting, but doesn't do well one-on-one with dogs. She loves people, knows all basic commands, and knows how to walk well on the leash. Having a job makes her feel like she's needed�'�| she gets bored easily! We love her so much, but have a baby coming soon and want to find the best place for her. She has been the greatest joy in our lives since we've had her, and we want someone to continue to love her for many years to come.
