About Remy

Hi ya! I'm Remy and I'm the new kid on the adoption floor at the Santa Barbara Shelter. Excited to be ready to find my forever home and I hope it won't take long. Here at the county shelter, I have made lots of new doggy friends. Boy, do I love playing with dogs and think they are the best things since dog food! I'm what they call an equal opportunity player and will play with all the big dogs. Now, with people I am a bit shy at first, so you need to go slow when you first meet me. Once I know you though I am running up to say 'Hi!' right away. Being a young adult of all of 7 months, I have A LOT of energy and need to be able to get my ya-ya's out each day. A home with another playful, confident dog is what I am looking for along with someone who will understand my hesitation when meeting new peeps. Now, not to go negative for a quick sec, but a few things that I don't want in my home are cats, small kids and lots of activity. All of those make sense, right?
