About Swiss

Here's some key points to know about Swiss: Swiss is 4 years and 2 months old He fluctuates between 62-65 pounds (he was 54 pounds when he went to live with his foster mom). He was heartworm positive. He's been through treatment (received 3 immiticide shots). He is currently on Heartguard and nextguard. He has skin allergies and has to take Apoquil once a day. His foster mom has him on healthy supplements, snacks and food (list available). He is up to date on all shots. Fully crate trained and potty trained Now to Swiss's personality: He interacted well with a small chihuahua. He does well with new dogs, supervision should be given. Heinitially gets intimidated by dogs his size or bigger, so slow introductions are advised. He gets along well his foster siblings Chip and Bella. Swiss likes to initiate play with siblings by nibbling their ankles. He has never broken skin or anything major. He does well on leashed walks. ��|� Slow introduction to short distance running can be initiated (slow over the next couple of months and as tolerated). He likes bananas and apples His foster parents allow him to sleep with them a couple times a week. He loves to sleep between your legs or at the end of the bed. Super photogenic ��%A4� Knows following commands: sit, stay, lay down and newly acquired skilled 'shake'. He does NOT like sharing his toys, but foster parents are working on it.
