About Hemi

Adoption Fee: $250
Whippet / German Shepherd
Age: Puppy
Sex: Female

Welcome Hemi to CCPAL Rescue. She is a beautiful 9-month-old Shepherd mix with Whippet . They are energetic girls and they love everyone and every dog. She has the beautiful tan marking of the shepherd but she doesn't have the fully upright ears. She is smaller at about 45 pounds. She is the calmest girl of the 3 pups. She has the long lean and thinner look but the personality of the shepherd. She would be fine with kids. Due to her energy, we think 10 or older would be best. She loves everyone and would be great with an active family. She would be great running, walking, hiking or outdoorsy activity. She had a home but it looks like her and her sisters spent most time at the house and not doing much walking on a leash. We will be working on that while she is at the rescue. She is good in a crate and good with other dogs. Her best fit would be with another active dog or she would be fine as an only dog. She will need some training as she has the skills of a puppy. She is up on her shots, healthy and ready for her forever home. She is here at the CCPAL Rescue. She can be adopted locally in Texas or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to deliver her to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Her adoption fee is 250 and transport is 180. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email to [email protected] if you have questions.
