TANNER NEEDS MEDICAL SO SHELTER WILL KILL IF NOT RESCUED Tanner was owner surrendered to the shelter due to his owners being in the hospital and not having anyone to care for him. He gets along with other dogs, and is friendly with our staff. He does have chronic right rear lameness due to a degeneration of the femoral portion of his hip joint.
