Meet Fraya! Miss Fraya is a vet tech favorite, they are two peas in a pod. Fraya also has a small circle of dog friends ��%90 She can be a little selective but gives good communication when she wants space! Age: 4 years Breed: Catahoula/Boxer mix Sex: Female Weight: 58.40lbs Intake date and reason: 06/10/2021 seized Approaching 30 days: 07/10/2021 Heartworm status: Negative �%9D%A4 ���Behavior: 06/30/2021 - Dog was barking on kennel approach. Offered her some treats. She quickly stopped barking and took them quickly. Opened the kennel door and placed some treats on the floor for her. She allowed for the door to be opened and seem very interested in the treats. She came out of the kennel enough to eat the treats off the floor. Placed some more on the floor and was able to slip the leash over her head. She allowed for the leash to be placed over head and walked out of the kennel. Walks on a leash well. She even began to wag her tail and interact with me. Walked to the exam room and done well. Entered the exam room and it took her a few minutes to adjust. Dog is very treat driven so we gave her several more treats. She allowed to be petted all over and allowed for the exam. She done good for the blood draw. Did great with minimal restraint. We did place a muzzle on her for distraction and so we did not have to tightly restrain her. She done perfect. Very sweet dog and is very playful. ����Bite history: Minor was visiting at the owner's home and dog bit. Owner also has minors in the home and chose to surrender. ��%90Other information: Owner surrender information indicated the dog does not do well around hyper children and the dog is 'jumpy.'
