Meet Teddy....our larger than life little resident! Teddy is an inquisitive, nosey, mischievous little guy that is probably too smart for his own good. You've met the type - the furry Dennis the Menace. He will need to go home a home with a fence. Why? Because we suspect he's going to be a door dasher. He's outside in a flash...and we've seen him squeeze through a small spot in the fence. You know the saying ...live like someone left the gate open? Well.... Teddy does get along with other dogs - but he can be a little dominant. Rude and upfront and personal. If you're looking for someone to invade your bubble....well...Teddy. He seems to ignore cats but we always suspect they'll give a little chase in the beginning just to establish boundaries. Having said that, we don't anticipate him being aggressive with a cat. Older kids would be ok...but Teddy probably wouldn't be fond of smaller kids. We think they'd be busy for him and we suspect that he's been around little folks that haven't respected his boundaries. This little guy has lots of personality. He'd probably prefer a mature household that is active enough to walk him. He does walk well and proud on a leash. He is not yet housebroken. We're told that he had been pee pad trained - but we can't guarantee it. He is crate trained but has a wee bit of separation anxiety that presents in some crying, dancing and pleading. Teddy will need to be adopted out within driving distance of the rescue.
