About Ruger

Ruger will be 6 mos on Sept 6th (DOB 3/6/2021) He was just surrendered to our rescue from the owner who bought him (we were told his father is a police dog with some police force in Washington). The previous owner tried to keep him in an apartment where he did not get the proper training/exercise so he was crated and giving meds to stop his barking. Ruger is a sweet puppy that who would benefit from teasing so he can walk nicely on a leash (he currently does try to pull most of the time) and a family to play with him. He loves people and did really good with the 11 mo male boxer that he spent short periods of time with. We do not know how he is with small breed dogs as of yet and he has not been tested with cats at this time. Ruger is crate trained (but will bark if left in for long periods of time) and is housebroken.
