Wally is a 9 yr old schnauzer mix. He presented to our clinic in April 2021. He was very sick and needed surgery to remove a GI foreign body and urinary bladder stones, as well as a dental cleaning with extraction of several teeth. The owner elected to euthanize due to cost concerns and being able to afford treatment for Wally. Fortunately, one of our staff members offered to pay for his care until we could find him a new home. He is now healthy and ready for adoption. He will come with one year of flea tick and heart worm prevention and is up to date on all vaccines. He requires a prescription diet for his previous bladder stones. A short term supply can be provided at time of adoption. He is great with cats and adults. He takes some time to get acquainted with other small dogs. Not recommended for a house with young children. He is very sweet once he warms up to you and would do well in a quiet environment.
