About Evie

SPECIAL NEEDS Evie, Lab/Boxer, 2 yrs., 60 lbs. Evie is a relaxed 2 year old boxer/lab mix who loves to cuddle and sleep. She enjoys playing fetch and taking walks, but needs shorter walks or play sessions than the typical two year old. She can be barky with strangers, but warms up fairly quickly to new people, especially when treats or toys are involved. She loves dogs and gets along with cats. Evie was diagnosed last December with meningoencephalitis and polyneuritis. She requires medication every 8 and 12 hours. She has an active insurance policy through embrace that can be transferred to her new owners. She will need to be seen by a neurologist or veterinarian periodically to evaluate her medication.
