Boxer mix

Duke is a boxer mix, that has been in a pen with another male mixed breed dog. The only time anyone sees him is when he is being fed and watered. The owners house caught on fire in June 2021. The owners are elderly, When someone goes into the pen, Duke goes into his dog house. This has been going on for years. Now that the home is unlivable, they check on them once a day or so. I have never questioned my friends animal hoarding. I finally told her this is just wrong. They are denying Duke and Famous a chance at a better life.
