He is euth listed and must have rescue commitment by 5 pm on 7/22/21. Per the shelter, 'Benny has no medical issues, is under socialized but timidly trying to become social. Benny is a flight or freeze dog. He is starting to improve with the staff around the animal center. He is in need of more consistent socialization than we can give him at this time.
