Bear is a 3.5 year old Male pitbull who all in all is a great dog but a handful at the same time. He shows some signs of aggression towards adult males but does great with women and children. He is not friendly towards other dogs though. His biggest issue to date is his apparent separation anxiety. If I leave him alone at home for more then a couple hours he begins to try and get out of the house or yard. He has in the past torn up doors and door jambs in the house and has broken boards out of my fence to escape the yard. I feel he would do much better with someone who has the ability to be with him all day and give him lots of attention and love. He enjoys walks but us a big puller. He loves to play fetch and catch with no issue. I simply dont have the ability to give him the time and attention he craves and needs. Hoping to find him a new home as the local shelter has stated he would be at risk of euthanization if I bring him to them due to being a pit bull.
