Bobbiy was found sitting on the side of the road watching the cars. I rescued him and brought him home. He appears to have had a skin issue on his back neglected. Not sure what. He is a Border Collie. Collar, but no tags. He's vety friendly. Not neutered. He doesn't bark at my dogs. I'm charging individuals a fee because I want a serious home for him. He has had a flea pill for this month.. He is young.
