This little small breed boy was rescued a few weeks ago from gross filthy conditions. He and his sister Hazel were covered in tics and infested with worms. Their gums were pure white! If we had not intervened they would have died, eaten up by parasites. But now, thanks to our team, they are healthy and beautiful! Charlie is a little shy and his sister helps him with that. We are ready to accept applications on them both, preference will go to adopters who will adopt both together.
