Urgent. Small friendly 2 year old Deco loves pets and playing in the shelter yard. However, he can't play as hard as he'd like because he has a fractured elbow which the rescue will pay to repair after he leaves the shelter and is living in a foster home. He loves treats and will sit for them. Deco needs a foster so he can leave the shelter and have his fractured elbow repaired. All expenses, including medical expenses connected with his injuray, will be paid by the rescue when fostering.
