About Ventress

Ventress is a spayed female boxer/bully mix (best guess) who is approximately 3.5 years old. We think she might also have some ridgeback or vizla mixed in also. She's house trained and good with other dogs of all sizes with proper intros. We are looking for an active, but calm family for her. She prefers female humans, but we would also consider a couple or male adopter. She is very shy initially, but with the proper decompression and some nice walks, she turns into the most amazing dog. She can get overly excited, but she does well in her crate and it gives her a place to chill out and relax, She knows sit, come, down. She has been through some recent trauma with losing her family (they moved and left her behind) and getting juggled around and as a result she has some insecurities. She likes kids, but because of her hyperactive side mixed with her nervousness at new situations, we are recommending no kids or only older kids that are experienced with dogs.
