About Chandler

Meet Chandler, a 6 year old 55 pound Golden Retriever and Chow mix. Chandler knows his basic commands like sit, shake, and lay down. He loves to go for car rides and walks. Chandler is past the crazy puppy energy stage is a calm, easy boy. He does not need a kennel and sleeps in a dog bed next to his human's bed at night. Chandler came into rescue as an owner surrender. A young couple adopted him 4 years ago when they lived in Memphis, Tennessee. He came with when they moved to Iowa. Chandler was the perfect dog for them until they had a child. Chandler is not a fan of babies crawling at him and this couple has another baby on the way. Chandler would like a home without small children and cats. Chandler is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm tested and microchipped.
