About LOC

We picked up Loc today from the West Valley Shelter. He was an owner surrender because his person moved out of state and couldn't keep him. He didn't like being locked up in a kennel, he was stressed out and would have been put down yesterday. He does great at @agwcrockinrescue and he is up for adoption!! You can't blame Loc for his stressful behavior. He doesn't understand why his family abandoned him, or why he's confined within the concrete walls instead of sleeping on his bed. According to the notes his owner left, Loc was a family pet. He lived with kids over 4 years and did well with them. He was playful, loved toys, walks and fetch. He was an indoor dog and was housebroken. He didn't live with dogs but supposedly played well with them.
