Freddie is a 2 year old tabby cat that was rescued from the streets of Philly. He has had a rough life. Freddie is safe in foster care. He is loving life! His foster mom reports that he is a joy! Freddie is so affectionate. Freddie uses his litter box and has been vetted. Freddie was ear-tipped through another organization as part of a TNR program and this does not affect him at all. He got a dental at our vet and is ready for his forever home.
