SWEET DAHLIA Los Angeles, So Cal Adopt A Chow LA saved this adorable 1.5 year old chow girl from a shelter in the San Diego area. She was very shy, scared, and wanted to run away at first. However, now that she has decompressed a bit and is in foster care, she has turned around almost immediately. Dahlia is a very sweet, happy pup and loves playing with other dogs at her foster home.
