About Kato

Adoption Fee: $25
Pit Bull mix
Age: Adult
Sex: Male

This Kato, he is a great beautiful dog; however, he was raised with his pitbull dad until they started to fight eachother over food and toys. Me and my family keep them separated in the house by rooms(Kato in my room and Titus in my parents room). He is potty trained and will sit and wait by the door when he's ready to go out and will do the same when he wants to come back in. He is learning to not be food aggressive with people by my feeding him with my hand but I don't know how he will be with other people feeding him since me and my dad are the only two people in the house who feeds him. He doesn't growl at us anymore when we get near him when he's eating and will stop when you want him to. Since he has fought his dad a couple times he is prone to fighting other dogs so I beg that whoever can take him in that you sacrifice trips to the dog park. I know this is a lot but I am moving out for University and I cannot bring him with me(housing won't allow dogs and my roommates are allergic to him). My parents want to let Titus out of the room but can't if Kato is still in the house so they want me to find him a new home. It is hard because he requires so much precautions but I promise he really is a good dog who just grew up confused and aggressive no thanks to my first time as a pitbull parent when I called him mine 6 years ago. Please help me find him a better home he deserves it and I wish I could provide one for him but cannot due to my situation. For more information call my cell at (760-912-7293)
