This little sweetie is Jack. He is a year and a half old Chihuahua and terrier mix. Jack made the long trip here from Texas and is ready to find his new home in the north. Jack is a little guy at 11 pounds on long, skinny legs. Jack is a sweet and playful guy. He does great with other dogs. He is nervous when meeting new people and would do best in a home with a very social dog that can show him how to be more confident. Jack's foster homes has a couple of cats, but he can be very curious about them which can be annoying to the cat. Jack is used to being kenneled when no one is home as long as another dog is with or near him. Once he knows people he is very loving and is happy to snuggle on the couch with you especially if blankets are involved. Because he is small his new family should not have children under 10 years of age. Jack does require a physically fenced yard to keep him safe when playing outdoors. If you have another small dog looking for a buddy, Jack may be just the right fit. Especially if the other dog is also young and ready to play.
