About Olivia

Domestic Cat
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Female

Courtesy listing for a local vet hospital that took in a cat that was surrendered by owner. Please contact us if you are interested and complete an application at www.rescueangelssomd.com. Newly diagnosed diabetic, 5 yrs old, spayed female brown/blk tabby, named Olivia. She is the absolute sweetest doll. Owner did not wish to pursue any diagnostics, and declined any treatments to manage her diabetes. Owner planned to let her wither away. The vet hospital has taken over ownership and has done a full work up on her and started Vetsulin insulin. Olivia has been around other cats for years and got along, no history of dog contact, or children but she's so sweet im sure older kids who wont be in her face all the time and give her time to settle would work best. Managing a diabetic cat is not hard, especially now she is on the right treatment. We can help train how to give insulin (it's easy) and a good relationship with your vet for checkups will help her stay healthy and happy. Please be a hero and adopt Olivia! Foster homes would also be accepted!
