About Peri

CALM BUT PLAYFUL PUP. This 10-month-old lab mix pup is house-trained, crate-trained and just waiting for a home. Peri loves playing with other dogs of all sizes and is submissive/a little shy with humans. Once she gets to know you, though, she enjoys having her chin scratched and tummy rubbed. She may find toddlers who are boisterous intimidating, so older/quieter kids would be a better fit for her. Peri's adopters need to have a fenced yard because she isn't well leash trained, doesn't always come when called and loves running free. Also, sometimes she just doesn't want to come inside, so that independent streak requires a bit of patience. Peri would probably be happiest in a home with another dog that likes to play, as you can see from the video. Peri is up to date on vaccines, spayed and on heartworm prevention.
