About Tin Man

Tin Man is looking all over the Emerald City for a heart! See, he is a puppy without a family and he is looking for the family with the biggest heart to share with him. Tin Man is a happy fella and has lots of love to give. He would love some munchkins to play with in the yard on summer days, and some of those big kids to cuddle with in the evenings. Tin Man loves balls, toys and about everything he can play with. He has a great spirit and would be an amazing family dog. Project Outbound is a multi-state rescue with our headquarters in Texas and adopt our dogs to loving families nationwide. All of our dogs are rescued from the State of Texas and are transported to nationwide for placement in their adoptive families. Our $450 (west coast) and $475 (east coast) adoption fee includes all core vaccinations (DHPP, rabies, spay/neuter, microchip and helps cover any transport fees associated should we need to transport your new family member to you in our adoption areas).
