About Ward

May update: Ward is still a bit timid in the shelter environment, but he did great with Ellen & Jenny when we retested. How perfect is Ward's smile?! We love this happy guy! Ward can be a bit pushy with other dogs but was able to be redirected when we noticed the other dogs were not interested in playing with him. He did not react to the feral cats nearby. Ward has not had much training, so he will need a patient home to help him learn the ropes. Ward is relatively new to the shelter and we are still getting to know him. Ward would love a foster home to help us learn more about his personality. Apply to foster or adopt Ward today! Ward is currently a resident at Vermilion Parish Animal Control.
