About Eddie

5 - 6 year old Eddie has some neurological/brain damage which the shelter suspected may have been the result of a beating he suffered at the hands of an unknown person or persons. He is a VERY happy, easy going, sweet dog. He is however, at times a bit wobbly when navigating his surroundings. The injury is old now, probably not reversible. It has not diminished Eddie's zest for life - but it does limit his capability to use stairs, and great care will have to be exercised should he ever need surgical intervention. Eddie is intact - our veterinarians have advised against neutering him at this time. This is not an invalid dog. Eddie runs and plays with the best of them. He just needs an owner with some understanding of his limitations (which really are not many).
