About Buddy

Buddy is a super affectionate dog. In foster in Olympia, WA He seems to really want to be a good boy and learns quickly. He sits for treats and is learning how to stay and come when called. He likes taking naps and playing in the yard or working on his chewy or just sitting beside you. He love taking walks and smelling all the smells. He's working on learning to keep calm when passing other dogs and is showing progress already. He will surely bond quickly with his new people and will appreciate being someone's best bud. Buddy is a male 14 month old 50 lb Yellow lab mix. He is semi energetic, actually pretty chill for a lab his age!!! He is a great companion for an active Lab family with a secure 6 ft fence, children over 8 years of age. He can be an only dog. We just request he continue socialization in the home/yard and outside with other dogs. He would do well in a home with dog respectful children (we think). He walks very well on a leash.
