About Vincent

This little guy is one of Vandie's babies and Vandie is a cairn terrier. We think daddy to this litter was a dachshund, or at least he was daddy to a number of these babies. All the puppies are elongated, some more than others. Vincent is wirey haired and elongated and has a curly tail and is super friendly. These babies are now 14 weeks old and we have kept them in foster care as they came down with hair loss when they were very young. The vet has seen them twice now and we can't find evidence of any mites, or lice, or fungus. So we just aren't sure what is going on. We used Revolution to treat mites just in case. All the babies had hair loss spots and some more than others, but all have hair growing back in those areas. so we think we stopped the problem and you can barely see where the problem was. Vincent still has hair loss spots but he is definitely getting better. These babies are going to be placed on a foster to adopt basis as they are not yet spayed or neutered and that will have to be done in about 4 months by the owner. In the interim we need to receive a check for $125 as a guarantee that the surgery will be completed. They will come with a microchip and 3 vaccines on board. These are great little friendly and loving puppies and they are adoptable for $400, but $50 of that will come back to the owner as a spay voucher. And we are accepting application for them now
