About Hazel Josephine

Miss Hazel Josephine came to us from the shelter after losing all of her newborn babies. She is a little sweetheart. She is a very petite girl, about 6 pounds, and appears to be an Abyssinian mix with her beautiful reddish bands of soft fur and green eyes. She is about 2 years old. She is quiet, calm, and most of the time she is happily napping in her bed. She has started to love being brushed as well. If you brush her and sing quietly to her, she loves that, and her sweet little personality comes out. She will roll on her back and stretch out, letting you pet her belly. She needs a quiet home, without young children or dogs. I think she will appreciate a home that has cat experience and will help her come out of her shell more, on her terms. A single person or adult couple would be great. She seems to like other cats and isn't bothered by them. There are no dogs or kids in her foster home so if you have kids or dogs, they would have to be quiet, calm, and non-threatening.
