Then meet Max! He is looking for you and can't wait to be in your life forever! He knows 'come', 'leave it', 'wave', 'sit', 'down', 'look at me' and 'settle'. He is really good at 'stay'. He loves frisbee and 'tug of war' and will 'let it go' so you can throw it for him and he can bring it back to you! He is cat curious as these are new to him, but will lie calmly next to one he has met. He loves to play 'rough' and 'tug of war' with another dog he knows. Max LOVES people and wants to greet/kiss everyone. He is completely housebroken and will let you know when he wants to go 'potty'. He will sit and wait for his food. He loves tough toys and bully sticks��%BD��%BD%BD��%BD��%BD%BD%BD'��%BD��%BD%BD��%BD��%BD%BD%BD|cheese is his favorite! Max is VERY smart and loves to learn new tricks like 'roll over', 'spin' and 'touch' your hand so he can learn even more tricks in the future! Sadly, Max was locked in a crate for the first 2 years of his life and was going to be destroyed. Max needs to meet other dogs and be outside so he can experience all he missed and learn how to interact with them. He is neutered, up to date with all his vaccines, and is learning to walk nicely on the leash with a good 'heel'. Max will need at least 1-2 hours walking/exercise a day, and will benefit from training and mental stimulation (which can be broken up during the day). He will need someone who is dog 'savvy' to understand his needs. He needs a large fenced yard, no young kids. Also will need another dog at home to play with. A dog that is calm and easy going to deal with his energy and desire to play. He'll do best with older kids since he can knock little ones over when he is excited. A fenced backyard is a must because he loves to run and play! An owner who knows the breed and understands that any dog who goes to a new environment needs time to decompress, consistency, and some training.
